The inspiration for the dusty pink tones came about when I packed up and travelled to Marseilles france. I sat on mountain peaks with a dear friend and we chased the colourful pink and creamy skies whilst our feet were covered in dusty terrain. Sunburnt noses and shoulders, late night wines and chatterings the wonder all around me instilled in me a revelation of the extravagant wonder of creation and what that does to the human soul- the heart exploding in full simple delights and walks, I was changed and from then on my art has only just grown in textures- colours and poetic words that were instilled in this venturous journey. To be filled with wonder- is truly wonder- full.
